Starting a blog

I am planning to use this blog for short mathematical notes, informal explanations, and updates on things I am thinking about.

Some possible topics:

• percolation
• random walks
• cover times
• Gaussian free fields
• loop soups

For example, LaTeX works:

and inline mathematics works too, such as (X_t).
